Examination bed with face support

Examination bed with detachable legs for easier transport and storage, and a face support, designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of modern medical practice and European legislation.
Face support with an opening
The face support is designed to facilitate the positioning of the patient on the examination bed and to be noticeably comfortable.
It allows the patient to lie in a natural position that relieves the neck and spine and to breathe freely without obstructing the face.
Access to the patient’s back, neck, and shoulders is significantly facilitated for the therapist, as the support is also adjustable in tilt.
Regarding the metallic base
The metal parts of the base are made of ST 37.2 type steel tubes with reinforced sections.
The final processing of the metal parts includes a special multi-stage procedure for protection against oxidation (thorough cleaning, removal of residues, oils and greases, phosphate coating) and finally full electrostatic coating with polyester paint of 90 μ thickness in a special oven at 200°C in off-white color.
Regarding the upholstery
The surface of the examination bed is divided into two (2) independent sections: backrest and body section. It features a special mattress made of expanded polyurethane foam with an anatomical shape, and a cover made of a special synthetic material that is waterproof and resistant to chemical cleaning and disinfectant agents.
Regarding the assembly and the backrest reclining system.
The legs have a tapered shape with a diameter of Φ48 at their ends (snap-fit) for easy assembly of the bed without the use of any tools. The backrest reclining system operates using a gas spring (air pump) for maximum load-bearing capacity and effortless use of the bed.
