Regarding the metallic base

The metal parts of the base are made from ST 37.2 type steel tubes with reinforced cross-sections. The frame design includes a safety gap between the frame and the reclining section, with rounded corners to prevent accidents. The final processing of the metal parts involves a special multi-stage procedure for protection against oxidation (complete cleaning, removal of residues, oils, and fats, coating with phosphate salts), followed by full electrostatic coating with a 90μ thick polyester paint, baked in a special oven at 200°C in an off-white color.

Regarding the upholstery

The upholstery consists of two (2) independent sections. It features a reclining backrest with a 13-position ladder system. The upholstery includes 4cm thick foam, covered with flame-retardant, anti-mold, and antibacterial synthetic leather that is resistant to cleaning and disinfecting chemicals.

  • One or two drawers on the desired side, with a synthetic leather finish in the color of the bed
  • Heavy-duty with reinforced frame (up to 250 kg)
  • Reinforced foam, 7cm thick, with stitching on the synthetic leather
  • Removal of part of the backrest from the side of the heart for facilitating cardiological examination with ultrasound
